A bourbon barrel-aged American barleywine brewed with honey, the bourbon really shines through on this one, but pairs nicely with the toffee caramel, and dark fruit flavors provided by the barley wine.

Had on tap. Opaque lighter brown body with a tan collar. Aromas of sweet toffee and honey leading caramel malts, barley, date, molasses, and oak that has been completely soaked by bourbon. Taste focuses almost exclusively on the sweet flavors, oak and barley fade to whispers here, honey and toffee in particular reign, want some more balance. Feel is warm and cloys a bit, barley is felt more than tasted but still faint, smooth at least. Fun idea, execution needs some balancing work
