Given to me by a friend at the Funkatorium itself, and poured into a 3oz tulip glass.
L - Opaque rust, with zero head. Lacing is alright.
S - Clean. Notes of honey, amber, and stone fruit.
T - Acrid. Grass, earth, and leather. Oak. Extraordinarily funky. Like a barnyard.
F - Medium-full in body, with minimal carbonation. Filling.
O - Smells like an IPA, tastes like a super-aged sour. While not my thing, it's objectively fantastic. The smell keeps making me come back for more, and the flavor of an old barn takes over - followed by the more minor notes listed above. Worth a try, for sure - just count me out!
