On-tap at Wicked Weed Brewing, Asheville, NC
A: The beer is hazy straw yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose along with some hints of spices.
T: The taste is mostly dominated by the hops, but the citrusy flavors are light. Hints of spices become noticeable as the beer warms up. There is a very slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an enjoyable saison. It would probably pair well with food because it doesn't any dominant flavors.
