At Wicked Weed. Bright gold pour, layer of white. Laced pretty well.
Aroma, very earthy with some hay. Light spice and mustiness.
Taste, a little more fruit here, some nectarine. Grainy malt. Again very earthy and rustic spice. Lingers very well. Some dry bitterness.
An active fine bubbled carbonation. Drinks very well. This is what I look for in a Saison. Cumin obviously works well here.
