Served on-tap at Wicked Weed Brewing in Asheville, NC
A: Pours a crystal clear pinkish rosé in color with light to moderate amounts of gentle visible carbonation and some hints of cranberry red highlights. The beer has a quarter finger tall fizzy pinkish white head that quickly reduces to a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Very light overall in aroma with some light notes of floral (hibiscus) and slightly sweet.
T: The flavor of this beer is also relatively subtle with some light notes of sweet hibiscus flower.
M: Light bodied with light to moderate amounts of carbonation.
O: I found this beer to be very easy to drink and refreshing though I wish there was just a touch more intensity to the flavors and aroma.
