A: Pours a crystal clear medium to dark copper/amber in color with significant amounts of active visible carbonation streaming from the bottom of the glass and a hint of reddish amber highlights. The beer has a finger tall creamy foamy light beige head that slowly reduces to a thick film covering the entire surface of the beer with a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of tropical/pineapple/mango and citrus/grapefruit hops with lighter amounts of caramel malts with just a touch of sweetness.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavors of caramel malts with a light amount of associated sweetness. There are moderate amounts of tropical/pineapple/mango and citrus/grapefruit hops with light amounts of bitterness which fades pretty quickly.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly sticky.
O: Delicious and extremely easy to drink - the alcohol is well hidden and the flavors and aromas have significant hop components with little associated bitterness.
