Had a cold pint late morning tapped at Carnitas Snack shack. Only four draft choices there, and I picked it because it had the least alcohol. I generally avoid wheat beer as too light and weak for my taste. This is the best local wit I've tasted. Very crisp and well-balanced. Mildly bready with a moderate head and very clear, effervescent presentation. Maintained good carbonation throughout the half hour it took me to finish it. It cut the grease of my triple threat pork sandwich. Very quaffable. I would go out of my way to find it in the summer. I was surprised and delighted.
