Clear yellow amber with fine-grained foam in the Timmermans goblet. Aromatic with citrus and the tropical fruits. Vast fruity flavors of orange, pineapple, and papaya. Hot and tangy. Sweet and malty with the citrus juice taking over. But they make a point of calling this "West Coast Style." No haze, but a veritable juice bomb.
The alcohol taste is fairly distinct. Plenty bitter, though not extreme. This is one to sip carefully but it has its rewards with abundant and intersting hop flavors. From the 16 oz can purchased at John's Marketplace in Portland. Dated 07/26/21.
