Bay Front Pale Ale by Great Black Swamp
poured from a 1 pint 6oz. bottle into frosted mug

P- cool! Perry's Monument on South Bass Island 4.0

A- unfiltered and apricot with a thick clumpy head 4.25

S- citrus and hop heavy 4.0

T- less hop than the nose mild apricot and maybe grapefruit 3.75

M- full bodied with a real presence, some sweetness on the finish 4.0

D- very good and well balanced4.0

O- good offering, nice interpretation of the style 4.0

Attractive in the glass with a clear copper shade and white head. Surprisingly fruity and not just from citrus hops. Sweet malt is definitely coming through. All leading to a lingering and arid finish.

Tasty, easy drinking pale ale. Looking forward to trying more from them.
