Enjoyed from the 22 oz bomber in a snifter. This nice IPA pours a deep copper color with a very nice dissipating head of foam that subsides to a thick ring, thin layer, and very nice lacing. Nose of sweet malts, peaches and apricots, and sticky resinous hops. Flavors follow the nose with a nice sweet backbone of honey and light brown sugars touched with subtle apricot notes that fade middle of the taste to a bitter sticky hop that linger to the finish with subtle grain notes. Very solid for the style with good carbonation and a moderately clean finish. Very nice.
Cheers

Wild Duck is a deep, heavy coppery amber in the glass, translucent with a touch of haze in it. A nice, fat, steady cap of head sticks around for a good while and sticks very nicely to the glass, lacing leaving a broken curtain to the middle of it.
The aroma is extremely toasty with a lot of toffee and caramel, a big malts base that some hopheads might want toned down, followed by some nut. The taste follows the pattern of the smell, though it brings in a little more bitterness. As it is, there's balance, but I would agree hops should be more aggressive. Ultimately some hop bitterness does come through, strong but not bracing, taking a little off the underlying sweetness.
While this beer is quite crisp in its medium body, carbonation is light but smoothness rules. Ultimately, it's downright velvety in the middle.

Brought it back with me from a family wedding in Ohio.
Poured a nice color. A little cloudy. Slightly darker than a typical IPA.
Aroma was a little muted, but nice.
Taste was a little on the dry side. Fairly malty, I thought.
I really wasn't prepared to review this. I bought it knowing that it didn't existing as yet on BA. I didn't realize that in order to add a beer one had to complete a full review.
That being said, this was certainly solid. I wouldn't go out of my way to seek it out again but I wouldn't turn it down. I wish I knew the ABV; their website doesn't list it.
