We make this American Style Pale Ale with a combination of American 2-Row barley, Munich malt, light crystal malts, and wheat malt. Light citrus hop aromas and flavors are present from the Centennial and Amarillo hops. The American Ale yeast leaves a crisp, clean malt profile with subtle citrus tones.

On tap at the brewery. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a hazy orange to glossy brown color. A one finger white foamy head quickly fell to barely nothing - leaving barely any lacing. The smell still had a nice citrus to piney sweet aspect, no as much bitter as I had hoped for. The taste was mainly semi-sweet through the citrus. A light sweet citrus aftertaste leads to a sweet wet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionable aspect to it. Carbonation seemed good for the style and for me. Overall, I say this was a good APA that I could have again.
