This double IPA features intense citrus and tropical fruit notes from large doses of Mosaic, Citra, and Zythos hops. American 2-row barley, Crystal and Munich malts are supplemented with late kettle additions of raw cane sugar, delivering a dry finish to balance the higher alcohol levels.
