This German-style bock has light notes of caramel and toffee, with a slightly sweet finish. Although ruby brown in color, this bock is light in body, and balanced by light additions of hops.

Clear, amber brown colored body. Brief lasting off white head. No lacing.
Aroma of toasted malt, caramel, and molasses. Has a hint of cherry.
Taste is rich malts, with an accompanying addition of hops. Flavors of toasted malt, caramel, molasses, date, and cherry. Aftertaste lingers, but at a much lower level.
More than medium mouthfeel, with a syrup texture. Smooth and sweet. Quiet carbonation.
