Maple leaf red with a nitro-like tan head.
Even softer than Pater's Pooch, so deftly pulled from the cask, the insanely pleasant palate brings an unexpected but lovely hint of dankness, mostly on the nose or exhale, along with some faint grapefruit. Further in comes honey biscuit before a perfect dryness.
This English bitter is really unlike any US take I've had anywhere here.
