On Draft.
Pours a hazy yellow with medium head. Smells of sugar and cookies. Not surprisingly, tastes like shortbread cookies. There is a toasty biscotti flavor as well. The hops are moderate or lost in the malt. There are hints of spices...nutmeg? Mouthfeel is clingy. There's a alcoholic coated tongue feeling in the aftertaste. Overall, choose their other offering, the Hammerhead Amber. It's a bit cleaner. This one almost wants to be a hefeweissen, but is just a muddy yellow beer. Meh.
