Big thanks to Enola for sending this one over. I think it may have a little age on it.
A: Pours a light orange hue with no head or lace.
S: Lots of sweet malt, with waves of banana and yummy spice.
T: Lots of sweet caramel malt, thanksgiving spices, and very ripe banana. Subtle notes of yeasty goodness, apple, and candy sugar.
M: Medium in body, smooth, a touch low on carbonation.
D: Good, a nice tasty treat.

A very surprising beer indeed.
Pour (in very dim light) was a nice golden color with somewhat thin head and decent lacing.
Smell had traces of spice, I could detect cloves. Banana was also present.
Taste was very interesting. Bananas were again present as well as cloves and spices. Seemed a little lighter than an Aventinus and slightly less complex but damn good. Nice bread, which is lightly toasted.
Mouthfeel was somewhat tart, yet hot at the same time. Slick and refreshing. Good carbonation.
I find this to be a very drinkable brew. Had no idea it was near 8%...I thought it was a baby Aventinus but this is about the same in content. Quite the drinkable brew and a top-notch offering from OHB.

Easily one of the best beers I've had from here
Poured golden bronze with an inch of fluffy white head. Good head retention & lacing
S: Boozey & bready
T: Booze, honey & breadyness up front. Grainyness surfaces as this warms. Finishes grainy, doughy & warming
MF: Chewy & slick with moderate carbonation
Drank pretty damn easy for the abv, worth checking out
