12oz undated can poured into a mug at fridge temp 5.6% ABV and 15 IBU per label. The beer pours bright light copper in color with light khaki colored head. The head recedes to a thin cap. Minimal lacing. The aroma is mild with well toasted malt and faint earthy hops. The taste is semisweet malt with burnt sugar caramel, earthy & spicy hops and a mildly bitter, slightly soapy finish. The feel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Cleanly lagered. Overall, fair American attempt on the style.

Can dated 8/2/22. Poured an amber, burnt orange color with off white head. Aroma was malt leaning and taste followed the aroma. A bit sweet, but my taste does lean to liking beers that aren't dominated by hoppiness. Good beer and would buy again. 6 pk cans was $10.99+ tax. Recommend to give this beer a try.

Clear amber color with a finger thick off white head, fair retention.
Toasted malt aroma with a hint of caramel.
Taste follows suit with a medium body and a smooth mouthfeel.
Like it.

12 FL OZ
Served in a pint glass
This beer pours a brilliant burnt orange color. It is topped with a couple inches of beige head that leaves no lacing.
It has a wonderful toasted caramel aroma. I get toffee, caramelized sugar, toast, and a light dose of earthy hops.
The taste is caramel, toffee, toast, and a earthy bitterness from the hops.
Medium bodied with a slick mouthfeel
This is a very enjoyable marzen. One of the better ones that I have had this season. I think Wiedemann's beers are underrated.

This is my first experience with this brewery, and this beer gave a good first impression.
The beer poured a dark copper color with a thin white head that dissipated quickly.
It gave off a sweet malty aroma and almost a toasted almond scent as well.
In the beginning, the beer is slightly sweet. The middle of the taste was excellent. It was a strong toasted caramel flavor similar to other good Oktoberfest Marzen style beers that I have liked. The finish is crisp and clean with a slight malty touch.
Mouth feel was slightly disappointing because I found it a bit over carbonated.
Overall, I really enjoyed this Oktoberfest, and would consider this a go-to craft version of an Oktoberfest.

12 oz bottle contract brewed by Stevens Point (WI).
Looks just right: deep amber; excellent clarity; decent head. Malt dominated aroma and flavor. A bit too sweet up front, perhaps, but shifts to slightly bitter in the aftertaste.
