Pale Ale brewed by Geo. Wiedemann Brewing Company, LLC, with an ABV of 5.75% This American Pale Ale pours out of a 12oz can into a pint beer glass. The color is a deep amber copper color with a nice white head. There is also a nice amount of lacing to this brew, it stick to the side of the glass well. The smell is Rich with grains and malts with mirror sweetness to it. There is also a nice amount of hops in the smell as well. So far is American Pale Ale is nice an inviting. Now for the taste, Bold with flavors. You first pick up on a nice roasted goodness mixed with grains and malts. There is a nice slight sweetness, in the taste of this brew. The body of this brew is a solid medium. There is nothing overpowering about this brew, it has super nice balance to it. The mouth feel is Bold, Roasted, Clean, Smooth and Refreshing. Overall I am going to give this American Pale Ale a solid 4 out of 5. I would definitely look this brew up again givin the opportunity too. Geo. Wiedemann Brewing Company, LLC , did a super nice job with this American Pale Ale.
