An unfiltered southern-German style wheat beer with aromas of banana, clove, bubble gum and citrus. Our tribute to Cincinnati’s yeast baron Charles Fleischmann.

On tap at the brewery, served in a pint glass.
Look: Cloudy yellow with no head, but a small white foam ring and a small foam island in the middle.
Nose: Clove and banana dominant, with wheat underneath and — as advertised — a bit of bubble gum.
Taste: The attack is roasted wheat, a hint of banana, and citrus. It finishes nicely with the clove. then resolves in a bit of bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium, adequate carbonation.
Overall: Pleasant and easy drinking. I've had more flavorful hefe’s, but I am enjoying this one.
