Little building with funky bright colored mural on the front. Small serving bar and about few tables inside. Outside tables in the front sidewalk and also on the side of the building. 10 beers on draft - pils, a wit, 6 IPAs, a rye stout, and a gluten free beer. I only had time for one so had the rye stout, it was solid. They have a little cooler of takeout cans as well.

Great beer, nice staff and options for both indoor and outdoor seating. We arrived mid-afternoon and sat outdoors. People with dogs, people with kids, people play games. Beer was all good and various styles (not just an IPA shop). Part of the Denver River North Art District (RINO). A lot of beer options in the area.

I was very impressed with this brewery, which has been around for a while but doesn't distribute much of their beer. So you pretty much have to go there to try it, and that makes for a fine afternoon of drinking. I got a couple of flights so I could try at least 8 of their beers, and that was still only half of their selection. I enjoyed virtually every one of them, even those that weren't my preferred styles, so that tells me they know what they're doing. Nothing fancy inside, but lots of outdoor seating too if you like. There are a bunch of breweries on this stretch of road, but make sure to stop here if you're making the rounds.

The hops were good to great. When I notified the tender that the BA collab stout was infected and not drinkable he nodded and responded to me like I was a village idiot and not worthy of words or consideration. Don’t serve bad beers.

Atmosphere - small, but plenty of seating inside and on the side patio. It's a brewery, but the place didn't smell like one; instead, it smelt like everyone in the place was smoking. Place came across as damp and dirty.
Quality - had two of their beers; the session IPA was great, however, the sour tasted more like a saison.
Service - nobody checking on patrons on the patio; staff at the bar were helpful, but seemed disinterested.
Selection - about 9 or 10 with variety to choose from.
Food - don't recall seeing a food truck, but I believe they normally have one?
Value - would return to fill a growler of the session IPA, but not to stay long.

A-Our Mutual Friend has a standard - but not off-putting - vibe. The space is heavy on the concrete with a smaller bar. Brewing equipment is in the "back room" through a doorway. The space is pretty sparse, and not in a designer way.
Ser-Our mutual bartender was quick to respond, but he gave off some attitude that was unearned and unnecessary. Also, my nitro coffee stout arrive in a pint glass. I know not everyone swears by glassware, but still....
Sel-The were six taps beers available on the night I visited. They spanned the range from light to dark, but in this day and age when TGI Fridays has ten taps available, I have come to expect a bit more.
Q-I tried four beers (each brewed by Our Mutual Friend) and none of them really blew my hair back, but none of them were objectionable, either. The beers fit the ambiance....middle of the road.
V-The beers are reasonable to slightly below the market price for this area of Denver.
O-Our Mutual Friend is not a bad place to drink a beer, but it isn't a great place to drink a beer, either. This place is worth a stop if you want something off the tourist trail in Denver, but it is not worth seeking out.

Not many beers on tap but they always have a few interesting options to try. Very chill, simple set up in the bar area as well as the side patio, but service has been great and beer quality is solid. Good food truck selection available outside. Never too crowded and a good place to relax and have a conversation over a pint.

A qauint little brewery near downtown Denver.
Ventured while in town for my wife's business trip, so I had the 2 year old with me. Was certainly friendly enough for that, like most breweries are.
The beer were good, and there were about 8-9 on tap. They did growlers to go, including half growlers. It is a little off the beaten path, but well worth the visit.
