A - tall frothy white head slowly fades atop a golden hued bier
S - sweet biscuity pilsner malt, grassy & earthy hops
T - potent hops provide moderate bitterness coupled with sweet pilsner malt; the hops are grassy, earthy, herbal & spicy; honey, and biscuity grain for sweetness
M - lighter creamy body with a sharp, semi- dry & bittersweet finish
O - pretty average German Pilsner in my opinion. The hops are quite fierce and a bit off-putting in flavor. I can't pin it, but it takes away from the beer for me.
