12 oz can mfgr 7/31/24 into a Becker.
L: SRM 3 Pours a sparkling light yellow with very steady large carbo bubbles, a thin & fast receding white head down to nothing, very light disappearing lacing.
S: Caramelized malts, grains, a hint of fruits, a touch of grape.
T: Taste follows aroma plus more pronounced grape notes, bright tasting with a distant bread note in the finish.
F: Bright, brisk medium-light bodied mouthfeel with a medium-short gently drying finish.
O: Light, brisk, and very tasty. The brewery coins this as both a Blonde Ale and a Kolsch Style Ale. Either way it's just fine! Very easy to drink with a pleasant aftertaste. I would like this on tap for sure. It is very good in its style.

Lots of locals like this but I think it is Dare Devil’s worst house beer. Thin with a bad aftertaste.

Super refreshing beer. Nice crisp finish. Could definitely sit by a pool and enjoy these all day. Really nice simple brew, would recommend trying.

On draft at taproom. Served in a stange cold. The beer pours bright light straw yellow with nearly white head. The aroma is faintly fruity. The flavor is odd. I said it. There is a tartness, faint but there, with a malt liquor flavor. Honestly, if this was packaged in a 40, I would not know the difference. Mouthfeel is thin bodied, adequately carbonated and undry in the finish. Overall, not a good kolcsh. August 10, 2018

Undated 16oz can poured into stange at fridge temp, no ABV listed on can. Looks the same. Aroma is mild with pale malt and faint orchard fruit. The taste is semisweet pale malt with a hint of floral hop flavor and bitterness. There is a light apple fruitiness and possibly a hint if diacetyl. Better than the first try, but still not an impressive Kolsch clone.

A clear golden body, minimal white head from a tap pour. The nose is honeyed sweetness of the malt and a strong grassy pop of the hops. It drinks clean and bright, following the nose. A lovely summer beer that I'm glad I had on a hot summer night.

Enjoyed this fine session brew in a snifter via the can from the Little Lady's Brother---Thanks MIKE!
This rather decent little Kolsch pours a proper pale golden with a modest head of white foam
that settles to a thick ring and a subtle wispy pool with light lacing. Nose of sweet honey and
light cereal grains. Flavors follow the nose but are perfect for the style with light grain notes touched
gently by sweet honey malt and subtle light herbal hops. Excellent mouth feel; light body, medium light
carbonation that is lively, and a nice clean finish.

A FINE Kolsch from a brewer I have never tried in the past.
Nice!

Cheers
