Ok Pilsner, had on tap. Pale, clear, dayglo yellow color with white lacing. Taste is bready malt, salt, crisp water, soap, floral hops, skunked aftertaste.

Hooray for @jkblr who sent me this CAN & others to not only further The CANQuest (tm), but to give me something to do on New Beer Sunday (Week 715)!
From the CAN: "Authentic*Traditional*Lager"; "This German-style pilsner provides the flavor and aroma of German malt and hops with a clean, crisp finish. Prost!"; "Brewing eclectic, aggressively fun beers is not for the timid. Fortunately, the only thing we like better than a challenge is drinking the end result."
Ah, nothing like Pils to start the day. I Crack!ed open the vent & beCAN a slow, gentle Glug into my awaiting schooner glass. I live across from Otterbein United Methodist Church and they hold an Attic Treasures rummage sale on the 2nd Saturday of every month. I have scored a LOT of glassware over there over the years & this was one of them. My Glug initially produced two fingers of foamy, soapy, bone-white head, but it was quickly fading, so I gave it a top-up that produced another finger's worth, this time with good retention. Color was Straw-Yellow (SRM = > 2, < 4) with NE-quality clarity. Nose smelled yummy - cooling freshly-baked bread on the windowsill while newly-mown grass & hay wafted by on the breeze. It was like summer at my maternal grandparents' house! All that I needed was a stack of comic books & I would be all set. 8=) Mouthfeel was a bit thin, kinda watery, but it is hard to dun a Lager-style beer for a lack of body. You could do so, but I would challenge you as to rating to preference & NOT to Style. The taste was nice, but not as pronounced as on the nose. I was still getting the bready malt & the grassy, hay-like Saaz hops, but it did not have the intensity that I caught on the nose. Finish was semi-sweet with a honey-like flavor beginning to kick in at the end. It was nice, but we have so many PA-made examples that this was like sending coal to New Castle. I'm sticking with Stoudt's Pils and Victory's Prima Pils, but pass the pretzels!

Poured into a taster. This poured with great clarity and had a sweetness to the smell and taste along with a corn presence. Really balanced on the take of the style and not too hoppy.

Look: This beer pours a very light lager that pours a small white head that dissipates quickly with some residual lacing.
Smell: Very bready in nature, very true to form.
Taste: a solid pilsner with a bready flavor that mirrors the smell with a very noble a classic flavor
feel: A very light and refreshing flavor. Very easy to throw back. A good lawnmower beer but a lot more flavorful and complex than an American adjunct lager. Having learned to love the Helles biers of Munich this is a great beer. If you like a good Pilsner you will like this. It tastes exactly how you think it should.
