New & Experimental (aka NEX) is our always changing series of small batch American IPAs that showcase our love of aggressively hopped beers.
Experiment #4: Sensory: Orange, Tangerine, Mango, Resin, Grapefruit & Melon. Experiment: Temperature adjusted Whirlpool additions. For Experiment #4 we used 2 lbs/bbl of Amarillo and Chinook pellets during the kettle whirlpool and in our whirlpool tank. We then wrapped up this experiment with 8 lbs/bbl of Amarillo and Chinook dry hops
