New & Experimental (aka NEX) is our always changing series of small batch American IPAs that showcase our love of aggressively hopped beers.
Sensory: Passionfruit, Tangerine, Mango, Guava, Grapefruit, Melon & Resin.
Experiment: Temperature adjusted Whirlpool additions. For Experiment #5 we used fresh Mosaic wet hops that were picked in Yakima, WA and overnighted to our brewery to use less then 24 hours after harvest. We paired the super fresh Mosaic hops with Citra, Galaxy and Vic Secret to create an array of juicy flavors and aromas.

It’s good, I really enjoyed it, but its not blow your doors off good.
