16oz canned 04/29/19 (20 days ago) poured into a Daredevil tulip pint glass at fridge temp, no ABV on can (5.4% per website). The beer pours bright very pale brown with chestnut highlights. The head is meager on a fairly hard pour and is off white with a brown tint. It settles to a thin ring leaving no lacing. The aroma is faint with toasted bread and just a whisper of chocolate and coffee. The taste is semisweet toasty malt with a hint of chocolate, nuts, and earthy hops before a drying mildly bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium to thin bodied, adequately carbonated and mostly dry in the finish. Overall, very good. Another excellent lager from Daredevil. Very full flavor and feel while staying drinkable.

Poured from a 16oz can into a hefeweizen glass. Beer is a clear pleasant copper/caramel color with a sizeable off-white head. Carbonation bubbles are present throughout the glass too. Beer smells malty and yeasty, just as expected and not much else. Taste is a touch of coffee, lots of malt, good German yeast, slight caramel taste, and toasted nuts.
Very nicely balanced thru the mouthful, medium carbonation, and finishes clean.
This beer is described as a Mexican Dunkel. Well as far as I know, most of the Mexican beer styles originated in Germany, and this feels more like a Dunkel Lager from Germany, so I am curious what makes this beer 'Mexican style'. Either way, this beer is very good. Daredevil keeps impressing with their ever-expanding beer lineup, so far I like them all.

This is an expertly crafted Munich Dunkel, built for a stein. Daredevil has been brewing more and more lagers but this is their best to date in my opinion. It's full flavored, rich, and malty and a great beer for both warm and cooler weather alike.
