This fermentation is an uptempo jazz lyric, a ballad for good times reminisced and fond memories waiting to exist. Hull Melon and Hallertau Blanc hops weave a zesty bouquet of strawberry, honeydew melon, white grape, lemongrass, and passion fruit personalities that rejoice like children at recess when set against the bright backdrop of a sophisticatedly simple grain bill. Now is the time to enjoy some distilled sunshine and beat the rhythm of life on your breadbasket.

I got a bottle of this beer whilst in La Crosse, WI to move my daughter out of the dorm early.....Thanks Covid-19! The beer poured a Pale yellow with white head that left some lace. The scent had hints of lemon. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with lemon highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

Close to two fingers of off white and airy foam, dimples a lot yet the retention is good. Nice thick lacing as well. Hazy golden liquid but more translucent than opaque, fair amount of bubbles visible. Crisp nose of cracker, scone to wheat germ, tart white citrus notes, metallic with meager white pit fruit scents, aggressive but no meat on the bones. Medium-bodied and thick around the middle, the carbonation gets it foamed up in your mouth and then it freezes like that. Slight elevation to the melon, apricot, green apple fruit flavors. Conversely, the citrus less present. More grainy and raw than cracker, light malty dusting of the palate. Would grant it just above average drinkability. But it’s not very interesting and the overall dryness might make you stop after a second bottle.

12oz bottle, served in a teku glass. Pours a slightly cloudy golden orange body, one finger white head, lots of lacing, fair retention. Smell is bubble gum, spices, a bit of grainy sweetness. Fairly spicy, though. Flavour is on the sweeter side, not that interesting. Slightly spicy finish, zesty burn. Mouthfeel is lighter medium bodied, good carbonation, spicy finish. Overall, a decent beer although a bit one-noted.
