Popping the top on the can releases some apricoty citrus, which the pour confirms. An easy three-finger head of ever-so-slightly off white develops over a cloudy transparent apple juice-colored brew. The initial head collapses quickly and subsequent pours do not refresh it. I'm having a hard time calling the flavor watermelon... definitely reminds me more of apricot; perhaps the sourness overwhelms it... as it does almost everything else the more I drink. Mouth feel is a little rough and becomes more astringent as I drink more. After a third of a can, it feels and tastes like I'm drinking pure vinegar... and tastes like saurkraut on the return trip from the stomach. This one is getting dumped, unfortunately.

This beer pours a murky, darker golden color. Lots of carbonation translates into a 2 finger white head. The retention is pretty good, and there's a nice amount of lacing on the glass.
The nose is very mild. I do get a faint hint of watermelon. I also get a faint biscuit aroma.
The taste is mostly watermelon. It's also a mixture of sweet and sour. The sweetness kicks in first. It then turns into sour on the backside. I also get a bit of a malt/biscuit flavor mixed into this beer.
The body is crisp feeling. The sour does linger, and the body is overall very damn good.
Delicious beer. Refreshing, and easy to drink.
