2021 Edition.
Pours a slightly hazy red with robust carbonation and a three finger head of foam, nicely sculpted which leaves a lacing that holds to the sides of the glass. Aroma is cranberry. Taste is sour, slightly bitter, light and all cranberry. The sense is that this brew becomes more sour and more bitter as one drinks through the beer. A unique take on wheat beer.
