Pours out of the can a slightly cloudy copper color. Rough pour yielded substantial head with moderate retention and lacing. Smells a little like carmel with bread malts. Tastes initially bitter, being that it is a hop forward version of a maibock, then it floats back to the malt notes. Lower carbonation gives it a balanced feel that let's you grasp it all.
