Pours a lovely golden, brilliant color with a healthy white head of foam. Aroma is golden buttery bread and wheat. Taste is wheat and sunshine, with cats and unicorns frolicking in an endless horizon of golden, wind swept fields of grain. The body is light but moderate with just enough carbonation. This is a lovely Grand Cru that should be enjoyed during the high days of summer, to remind one of the better things in life.
