A medium bodied, rich malty ale. A hint of roasted roast complements the initial sweetness to balance out this traditional style. Hop flavors and bitterness are low and the finish is slightly dry. Available late summer through the fall.

Don't remember this beer or brewery but gave it a really good rating so I should remember it. From the location probably had when we were in Boise visiting my wife's sister.

Draft at the brewery on the way home from work tonight.. Light chocolate and heavier caramel... Definitely malt driven with more than a hint of diacetyl... Okay.. Doesn't seem like a Scotch yeast was used... The caramel maltiness is too much and should be replaced with richer toasty and light roasty component.. Not bad, but needs work.

Sweet. Should be called wee-wee heavy all the way home. This brewery could use a food truck.
