We have aimed to create a pretty traditional Oktoberfest, with a sweet toasted biscuit-like malt aroma and very low hop flavor.

Draft at the brewery tonight... Pours polished light orange amber with a nice white head... Dry toast... very clean... still is balanced... Very drinkable.. I am very surprised how much I dig this one.. I love German lagers and for the most part breweries that focus on standard ales can't get it right, but this one is right in the wheelhouse.
