Dark cherries and peppermint spice up the rich chocolate and caramel malts used in this special brew. Flavors of chocolate, coffee, caramelized sugar, dark cherry and peppermint tease your palate until releasing to a warm, soothing finish.

Draft Tuesday night at the brewery... Pours like a porter but with an obvious red color when held to a light... thin head with little retention or lacing. Peppermint is thankfully light... The black malt sorta blows out the cherries except on the finish... Mild sweetness tied everything together. Interesting, nothing I would want very often, but still pretty approachable and unique.
