Another good one from KDB. Caramel in color with spare head. Malt dominates the arom and taste, smotth and silky on the finish. A visit to the Highlands is in order.

This beer is one that will sneak up on you if you are not careful. It has such a smooth finish that is not too sweet and not boozy at all. I find myself downing this beer more quickly than I should.
The nose is sweet and the subtle cocoa and malt flavors sneak in shortly after the first sip. It has a rich brown coloring. The Scottish yeast mixed with the malt selection creates a complex flavor that is hard to describe.
I recommend this beer to all who visit the tap house. My favorite so far.
