Pouring a dense, deep pale yellow with remarkable haze, Turducken's appearance is reminiscent of our hoppiest Double and Triple IPAs. Like its namesake delicacy, the aroma is layered, offering notes of blended citrus zest, punchy white grape juice, pineapple, and a gentle piney bitterness. Full-bodied, mouthcoating, and deftly balanced, Turducken is an indulgent Triple IPA and the perfect complement to your celebratory spread.

Had on tap and it poured opaque gold color with a 1-2 finger thick off-white head that faded very slowly and left excellent lacing coating the glass. Smelled like pineapple juice and guava juice with a whole bunch of citrus fruit and wet citrus hops in the mix.

On tap, pours a very hazy bright orange. Smell and taste combine tropical and citrus with piney dank. Feel is smooth and full without being overly thick. No booze detectable. This is a top-tier triple IPA.

It's a pour that empties a pint can's contents into a clear glass liter mug. An oaty pour, murky yellow-amber in color and just looking thick. There's only a very modest off-white head on top. It smells, in the way of hazy IPAs, juicy. More tropical fruit is referenced, rather than citrus or berry. Behind that, noticed is some hoppy bitterness. The first taste impression is how little the 10% ABV hits. The oaty body hides that well, provides some cereal like sweetness and mutes the hop bite just slightly. Only in the moderately bitter aftertaste can it be found, as with just a little presence of alcohol. It is, in modern IPA terms, juicy. The hop taste not only brings some tropical fruit reminders, but a little earthy resins, too. There's not much life for the head and there's nothing that could be described as glass lacing. Overall, this is a good triple hazy. The body carries both a nice hop bite and plenty of alcohol, very well. Yet, it's never sticky, chalky, nor overly sweet. What sweetness there is easily forgiven, as that will happen with high alcohol brews with solid backbones. This is one of those, with a nice dose of hops included.

Had at Novares Res in Portland. Look is opaque gold yellow with a thin off white head. Aroma has pungent citrus notes. Taste follows with orange pith notes. Feel is very soft and smooth with moderate bitterness. This is just fantastic. Love the depth of flavor.

Poured from an undated can yields a think hazy golden yellow appearance, thin quickly dissipating head and slight soapy lacing
Amazing aroma of tropical fruit salad, bright and overripe fruity mix
Taste is a tic malty up front and layered citrus and tropical fruit with a hint of grape ness.
Mouthfeel is pretty chewy, thick and kind of smooth, a little hop sting on the finish and 10% abv is well hidden
Overall it’s a tasty, nicely crafted and easygoing triple IPA, drinks easy and sneaks up on you.
