Winter Spice was served a hazy yellow with a limited whitish head. The nose was mainly clove, with some background hints of fig and nutmeg. The palate was similar, plenty of clove but it worked well, it is a tad thin, but easy to drink. Not really what Id consider a winter beer but it is good, tasty, nevertheless. Gottberg wanted to brew a different kind of winter beer and, well, they did. Drink up!
