Handsome golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the tumbler. Tangerine aroma. Spritzy and rather zingy with fruit acids. Orange peel nose. Very inviting and gulpable from the first sip.
On the sweet side, but plenty of fruit to go with it. Passion fruit and pineapple. Just a slight bitter twang. Aftertaste is faintly astringent but it helps balance the mellow malt. Deliciously drinkable though a bit strong for going down so smoothly. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Co-op in Port Townsend.
