Belgian inspired Strong Abbey Ale made with Special B malt, Pilsner malt and raw sugar. This special beer was fermented with Belgian Abbey yeast, then set to wild yeast fermentation. It is delicate and complex with notes of cotton candy, plums, and wild cherries, amongst many others.
