The color is a beautiful hazy amber, not as dark as other altbier.
The aroma has a very toasted lager. There's a wonderful malt aroma.
The flavors follows with a crisp malt. It is not as rich and roasted malt as other altbiers I've had, but instead more crisp and toasty.
There's a slight malt finish. Not really the European style that I've had in Dusseldorf, but a very competent and crisp lager.
