Our Pilsner is based on a recipe for traditional Bavarian-style Pilsner, but we've added a few extra special ingredients to put a new spin on an old style. Forget everything you've ever thought about Pilsner and try ours. What you'll taste in your glass is an intense maltiness, a spicy hopiness, and a prickly effervescence. This lager beer is designed for maximum refreshment and maximum flavor. We brew this beer year 'round, but we change the hops with the seasons.

Poured into a Lawsons Pilsner Glass
A-Unfiltered hazy golden in appearance
s-Earthy,spicy,floral,grass, hay all come forth from this as the beer settles
T-The noble hops truly shine through as earthy spiciness hits you on the front and middle of the palate and leaves with a grassy hay on the backend.
M-Medium bodied with the perfect amount of carbonation. I want to brush my teeth with this stuff as it is extremely refreshing
Hands down my favorite of this style. These guys in Rocky Point just keep hitting it out of the ballpark with their lagers. Best in NY by far!
