We tried to think of the most harmless thing. Something we loved from our childhood. We brewed this IPA with 63 lbs of marshmallow fluff, added some tangerine peel and lactose, double dry-hopped it with heaps of Mosaic, Simcoe and Denali, conditioned it on hundreds of pounds of pineapple and sweet cherry puree, and added 40 Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans for good measure. Think beer meets fruit punch. Something that could never, ever possibly destroy us.

I know what you're thinking looking at this beer, because I thought the same. However, instead of an adjunct blowout, I felt like it was some nice flavors complementing the hops in a more balanced way than I expected. The most successful additions are the pineapple and orange. the coconut somewhat overpowers the aroma and either the coconut or the fluff leaves a mild chemical aftertaste when all is said and done.
I wouldn't want to drink it every day, but it's an interesting milkshake IPA to have around.
