A super tropical Double IPA with a base of 2-row, Vienna, Wheat, Oats, and a touch of Victory. Generously hopped and double dry-hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado, but the star of the show is Sabro - a hop that contributes strong notes of tropical fruit, coconut, pear, cream, and cedar to propel this beer through time and space like an interdimensional kitten traveler. We don’t know where the first couple kitties ended up, but we’re working out the kinks in the machine. They’re probably fine. Drink up

The entire contents of a pint can now reside inside a clear glass liter mug. The color is dark honey-amber with a generous head that carries a trace of it. It's hazy. There were some obvious solids witnessed during the pour, looking like little oak flakes. Like many brews using oats, the smell is diminished. What is there is grainy and piney. It's sweet, from the onset, but not in a rich malty way, on the tongue. The alcohol presence isn't to a detrimental level, but it likely abbetts both the sweetness and the hop bite, for bad and good, respectively. The hops bite with piney, resinous and earthy qualities. The mouthfeel is almost up to carrying the hop bite and significant dose of alcohol. Its best attribute is how the hops, grains and alcohol come together at a very balanced finish. Unfortunately, it's the alcohol that lingers through the aftertaste. There was plenty of glass lacing, yet far less sediment than expected. Overall, it's a less than perfect good Imperial IPA.

Canned on: ?????
A - Dark hazy orange pour with floaties and dense creamy white lacing.
S - Peach, apricot, mango, and some tangerine.
T - Soft fruit from start to finish - starts on the sweeter side, ends on the sweeter side.
M - Solid medium body that's soft with light prickly carbonation.
O - Overall, pretty mundane and wish they would date stamp their cans.

Goddamn, beer names have gotten stupid. We should do a law where we have to go back to simply naming every beer whatever its style is.
Anyhow, I had an 8 oz pour of *sigh*, Kittycat Teleport at the brewery. The pour was very contemporary: dark yellow, thick and hazy, but with a nice white head.
The aroma is firm but straightforward. Again, quite contemporary, but it avoids the cloying overreach of some more fruit-forward beers. The Mosiac dominates and the other hops are kinda overwhelmed.
The flavor is much more variegated: super intense, but still quite well balanced. Mango and plums up front, a piney and dryer middle, and candy and fruit juice at the back end, with thick yeast nodes enhancing a lemony finish.
Quite good, in spite of its name.
