They don't have any flagship beers, like a lot of newer breweries, because I think they brew extract and it's incredibly difficult to have a reliable base beer when that's what you're doing.
Not to say these beers are bad. They're not. Just really overpriced and confusing.
Anyhoo, this here is a double dry stout (I think) with some maple and probably maybe coffee?
Pour is dark and lively but it gets all uneven and separated as it sits in the glass a while, like a homebrew.
Aroma is expensive-seeming. Interesting and pleasant and first, never bad, but it gets ersatz after a couple of sniffs, kind of like the difference between a maple-scented candle and actual maple syrup.
And it tastes like it smells. Never bad, but never nearly as complete as it should be.
