2-row and hefty charges of wheat and oats form the base for this celebration of botany. Kettle-soured down to pucker, whirlpooled on a heap of coconut milk powder, then recirculated after fermentation through key lime puree, toasted coconut, and fresh house-processed ginger and lemongrass. A nice, sturdy body supports bright, creamy notes of coconut sorbet, key lime pie, and a sunshiny citrusy finish.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy honey color, with almost no head. No lacing. Initial impression is sour lemonade, lime, coconut, and ginger. Mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing. Finish has a slight sweetness. Sours are not my thing, but this one is drinkable.
