Let's start with the 26 taps. Excellent variety, although I'd say that the Broken Tooth brews are better with the conventional styles than the experimental ones. I do recommend the Prince William Porter and the Fairweather IPA as part of their regular offerings.
Second, the food is excellent. This place is known for their pizza for good reason (excellent dough and ample toppings). I also suggest the smoked salmon spread appetizer. Even if you aren't a fan of salmon, this might convert you.
Lastly, this place is hopping for Saturday lunch with waits at the door starting at 12 noon. The service was informal and extremely friendly (like everyone seems to be in Anchorage).
Worth a detour for beer lovers.

Awesome pizza and really good brews. The service was excellent. Whenever I stopped in I would stock up on growlers of beer especially the Agent Orange. Loved this place. Just wish I still lived in AK so I could enjoy it again.

Come early or expect to wait, because everyone knows about this place and it will be hopping at any meal time.
The beer selection was wide and varied of what they had to offer of themselves, as far as styles go, but to be honest, I walked away most impressed with the food. The pizza was very nicely done, but the salmon dip is what put everything over the top. It was just so flavorful and scrumptious. A really cool place to go if you're in the area.

Popular pizza restaurant. We ate here as our first meal while visiting Anchorage. They served a nice selection from Broken Tooth Brewing. We selected samplers- 4 for $5. Enjoyed the Pipeline Stout the best. The others were good, but not great.
The pizza was very tasty.

Great beer, even better pizza.
Moose's Tooth was packed on a Tuesday night, which is usually a good sign. We were told the wait would be 30-35 minutes for a party of 3. We like that they have a small area blocked off at the bar where you can walk up and order pints (or growlers) while you wait for a table. We also liked that they have a small outdoor patio with benches where you can sit down and enjoy your beers while waiting.
All the beers we tried were excellent especially the Lunar Blossom ESB. The coconut porter was surprisingly tasty and a good compliment to dessert. The pizza menu is one of the largest we've seen anywhere. The 3 of us opted for 2 medium pizzas which we eagerly devoured. Service was prompt and courteous. Prices seemed reasonable for Anchorage.

Moose's Tooth is a related to Bear's Tooth Theaterpub and Broken Tooth Brewing. Moose's Tooth is known for their pizzas and for great reason, they are creative and delicious. They serve Broken Tooth beers and offer take home 6'ers of the Chugach Session and the Fairweather IPA (as of Summer '13).
Be prepared to wait a little bit, especially during summer weekends as locals and tourists alike flood in. But, the wait is totally worth it. The pizza's are fantastic and then they went and paired them up with some truly awesome beers giving you the type of place that people treasure and go back to again and again.
