Clear amber colour. Small off white head.
Spicy. Cloves and stuff. Soft sweet malt. Honey. Okay.
Tart and spicy. Some malt. Interesting. A little dusty. Somewhat salty?
Moderate body with moderately high carbonation. Good.

Appearance - Red brown, hazy. Tight creamy head
Aroma - Spicy pepper phenolics, caramel malt, perfume. Very clean
Flavour - creamy malt, slight tart spritz, finishes clean with slight drying hop bitterness. Finish is beautifully balanced, nothing out of place but everything there.
Mouthfeel - creamy, medium body
This beer is all about balance. Fantastic example of the style. Ticks all the boxes, a very well brewed beer. Seek this out because this is a world class example brewed right here in Oz
