Golden hued with excellent clarity and vibrant carbonation bubbles. A fingernail of off white head covers the majority of the top of the beer. Light Brussels lacing. Aroma of light wheat greets my nose. The wheat flavor has a light banana note and you just get a hint of mild German hops. The mouth is fairly light and smooth.

Pours a clear, gold color. One inch head of a white color. Great retention and decent lacing. Smells of wheat, pale malt, hint of hop, slight yeast, hint of sweet malt, and hint of citrus. Fits the style of an American Pale Wheat Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with a high carbonation level. Tastes of strong wheat, pale malt, sweet malt, hint of hops, and a hint of citrus.

A - Poured out a slightly hazy, golden yellow color with a one-finger, white head of bubbly foam. It left thin sudsy trails of lace on the glass.

S - It smelled of lemon and citrus fruits. Maybe a touch of yeastiness and banana.

T - Nice wheat flavor with some citrus and banana.

M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light bodied ale with a clean finish.

O - This is an okay hefe. It really seems more Americanized.
