From the 650 ml. bottle. 2014 batch. Sampled on June 8, 2014.

The pour is pale yellow with a huge white fizzy head that mellows as quickly as it erupts.

The aroma has the pale malt graininess one might expect with a hint of Belgian yeast at work and a clean, crisp hop bite.

Light and refreshing body.

Good grain and pilsener-like flavor with that added touch of Belgian yeast and a clean, dry finish. Easy to pound down a few of these on a hot day.

Bottle from North End Suprette.
Pours a cloudy light straw color with a huge bubbly white head that slowly recedes leaving bits of meringue in its wake. Floral hops, bready pilsner, hints of lemon and pepper, yup this one smells like a light summer brew. The flavor is light and refreshing. Hints of lemon mixed with a bit of sweet bread some spicy peppery flavors come in to offset before a fairly dry finish. Light body with a moderate to high level of carbonation and a sweet watery mouthfeel. Nice light easy to drink Belgian style ale. This would be a great beer if summer ever decided to get here.
