Copenhagen 14/8 2018. 50 cl bottle from a Gift box brought by my In-laws. Silly geometrical drawing on the label including a square with bunny ears and another with Chicken Legs. Uplifting.
Pours slightly hazy amber with big yellowish head. Bubbly. Settles as 1,5 cm thick dense layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fruity with some saltiness. Lemon and Citrus. Bready. Grass. Salty foam. Sourish notes at the end.
Medium carbonation. Soft, slightly thick, creamy texture. A little prickly.
Flavor is medium sweet. Followed by slightly stronger sourish bitterness. Aftertaste sweetish with sour notes. Lingering.
Not very Wheatish. Nice enough Spring Beer. Without being anything unusual.
